Beautiful ceramic kitchen canister. Shipped and packaged safely. Only issue is that the shipping charge was absurdly high (50% of the cost) had I paid attention to that, I would not have ordered it, so no one to blame but myself...

I’ve ordered several items and received them undamaged. However, due to an error, I received an item I did not order. I was also charged for the item. To get a refund, I was instructed to return the item and pay the shipping cost. Because I did not order the item I requested La Fuente to pay for shipping. They refused. I received much consternation and aggravation from two Customer Representatives: *** and April. After which, I decided to keep the item in question, believing I would not recieve my refund without a struggle.Due to this experience, I will not be purchasing any more items from La Fuente. Nor will my friends be soliciting their services.***
Very colorful canister,came protected and speedy shipping
I ordered a set of Telavera canisters. La Fuente needed to contact me the next day about my order. There had to be a slight change. The person who called worked with me for around 15 minutes, double checking that every thing was correct. My order was received quickly and extremely well packed and protected.This is a company that ordering from is safe and i received what i ordered.

Your products are gorgeous! You really have the most beautiful Talavera pottery I've seen. I love my new mugs and kitchen canister and could not be happier with their quality. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish everything on your website were available in your U.S. warehouse--or that you would note on the website what is available and what is not. I had to have a couple calls with your representatives before we could identify what was truly available. That said, I still hope to buy more from you in the future. :)

I had to send an email for clarification of a shipping question and I received a response back in a little more than a day. Also, the box arrived pretty beaten up and the lid to one of my canisters was broken. I called La Fuente customer services and they responded promptly that they would send me a replacement. I haven't received it yet, but it's only been 4 days. I expect I will receive it.
