The ordering process was very straightforward and easy. I was surprised how quickly my beautiful product arrived. My only suggestion would be to provide the dimensions of the product in a different way. I was surprised at how much larger the vessel was than the listed dimensions. Perhaps show an elevation view with an outline of the product with the dimensions on it showing overall height, width of base and width at top opening.THANK YOU!!
I was completely satisfied with this experience. Everything arrived as expected. It was VERY WELL wrapped in bubble wrap again and again. Don’t be surprised if you have to go through 5-8 layers of good bubble wrap. The pieces are signed by the artists. I was very pleased about that. They already are being used and appear to have no defects.
Bait and switch operation. What you see in the website is NOT what you get. After sharing my concerns about a *** mediocre product that only vaguely resembles what was advertised on the website, I received a condescending, rambling, detailed explanation acknowledging that what was sent to me was not the item on the website image, on account of a size difference. None of this was shared with me when the order was placed. Very disappointing.
I was confused about the wording on shipping charges. I thought there would be free shipping, however when I telephoned I learned free shipping did not apply to my order of planters.

Packaging excellent with bubble wrap plus a box inside of a box & more bubble wrap in between boxes. The actual product was a beautifully hand crafted, detailed design with bright colors & high quality pottery. I now own 3 pieces & will definitely be ordering more Talavera. It adds just the right splash of color to my patio & is a real conversation piece. I am very pleased with these pieces & I received my order promptly!
