The 2 Telavera pots I ordered are beautiful and getting compliments from neighbors.
Pots come packed like they are precious artifacts from King Tuts tomb. They are wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and then surrounded by styrofoam peanuts to protect against bumps.
Well worth the rather expensive shipping costs to my area.

I was very pleased after receiving the pottery except that one pot had a chip at the bottom. I do not believe the chip came from shipping as there was no damage to the box and everything was very well packed in bubble wrap. It is my believe that La Fuente did not inspect the pots before they were shipped. I did not complain to the company because it is not worth my time and trouble.But for the chipped pot, they would have received 5 starts. I ordered 4 pots. Two are quite beautiful and different from what one normally finds. Two are typical, but I knew that. I believe it is one of the typical pots that has the chip.

The service was good. I got the flower pots pretty quickly. However, the quality of the products was very poor. The patterns were poorly drawn and short of one layer of glaze. The rims are misshaped (i.e. not round). Please let the manufacturer know.
