I would strongly recommend this company. I bought one mirror that came quickly and was beautiful and well packed. The color was not right for the room and I sent it back for a refund - no problem. I then purchased a different mirror but was damaged badly by fed ex. The item was packaged fine - it must have taken a major hit. I called the company and ***was on it. She arranged for fed ex to pick up the damaged item the next day. I then ultimately purchased an arch mirror that arrived in a few days and is perfect.
