I am IN LOVE with my talavera tile mirror! It shipped the day I ordered it and arrived perfectly in tact. It looks perfect in my hallway entry and I am so pleased. I feel like the sales on this site rotate a lot. Wish there were more free shipping promos but overall this was a top notch experience and I will definitely order more in the future!
I bought a large tile and tin mirror. It is very pretty but very rustic and I think a little overpriced for the quality. It is handmade and buyers should be aware that its assembly is not perfect. I suggest additional photos on the website that show a closer view of the product. That said, I like the mirror and I'm going to keep it.The order procedure was easy. The packing was good and protected the mirror well, but whoever packed it taped the back of the mirror and when the tape was removed, a sticky residue was left on the back of the mirror. The tape adhesive could not be removed and I didn't want to damage the tin with acetone or scrubbing.
I ordered the extra large mirror but only received the frame. This detail was not clearly labeled on the website. The frame came damaged as well. ***Customer service was very pleasant but not willing go that extra step to make me happy and satisfied customer. I will not be ordering from you again.

Ordering was easy, follow up prompt. The order arrived quickly and very well packed. Would recommend to others. Just on thing: it would be good to add to the pictures of the product also the reverse side. I ordered a tile mirror. The tiles were exactly as shown on the pictures, true color and design. However, the back side of the mirror, the way the frame is designed, is a bit unusual and would be good to be aware of. It didn't, however, ruin the pleasure of having this mirror in our house, so thanks for a nice product.

I love the frame I received! It is 24" x 36" and was shipped without a mirror. I had the mirror added and it is a beautiful addition to my master bathroom
The mirror is really beautiful and came in good shape. Some of the tiles were not positioned as well as they could have been, leaving noticeable gaps between the tiles and between the tiles and the metal, which is why I am only giving 4 stars. I would have asked for a different one that was a little more carefully constructed if I had been in a store looking at this in person.
