The first mirror frame arrived with a dent. I called and LaFuente shipped another right away. Unfortunately the shipper failed to regard the "fragile" sticker and the mirror was in pieces--and another frame dent. Third time was a charm. La Fuente sent the third frame wrapped in bubble wrap and it arrived quickly and in good shape. They were very responsive in correcting the problem and their follow through was excellent. Good people to do business with.
I love the mirror frame, but the tin is dented ever so slightly and the edges of some areas of the frame are scratched. Unfortunately with a high shine that the smooth tin has, it is definitely visible. Because this is intended for my cabin, I did not call to ask for a return. It isn't worth wasting or discarding the item, but I'm afraid I can't give a strong review because of those imperfections.
This is exactly the mirror I was looking for! The title and frame are just beautiful. Shipping was incredibly fast.
