After initial problems using the La Fuente web site--due to my own ineptness with computer technology, I'm sure--I emailed asking whether or not I had actually placed an order. Instead of sending me what I ordered, they called me and I was able to correct my mistake the very day of my order. The order arrived in just a couple of days and it is beautiful. While 5 tiles I ordered are very beautiful the black frame is junk. I followed the assembly directions but some of the already intact screws were not evenly screwed in. Thus I was not able to fit the end parts of the frame past the protruding screws. I also was not able to unscrew or screw the pieces to accommodate the frame. The other side pieces were also bent. Huge hassle to repackage and return. Looks like I lost ***

The tiles were beautiful but getting the frame together was some else entirely. The screwheads on the corner pieces really need to be a bit bigger to reach all the way across the trench. It took me a long time to get the frame put together solidly enough to hold the heavy tiles in place. Once I got it put together and up by my front door, it is beautiful. Everyone who goes through my front door remarks on how lovely the numbers are.
