Many of the tiles were broken, the packaging was very poor. I did like the colors but expected better packaging for these tiles.
They answered the the phone promptly, were knowledgeable, and honest about having to wait for a shipment to come in.

It would be helpful if allowed customers to know on your site which of the products are out of stock at the time. I ordered a few things and was in a bit of a rush, and was called a day or two later to tell me that about 4 of the 10 items I ordered weren't available.
