I recently received a small order of tiles so that I could determine which ones I want for my kitchen makeover. This was my second order, and both were delivered within just a few days (ground) and carefully packed to prevent damage. The tiles look just as beautiful in person as they do online. Now it's just a matter of selecting the ones I want.I will definitely place my kitchen tile order from La Fuente.

Both times I asked to replace them with something similar or remove them from the order. Either way they took care of it the way I asked. They are very good with communication. It has been a pleasure working with the staff of this company. I have placed 3 orders of miscellaneous tiles and all were received without errors or broken tiles. They notified me promptly on the one tile they did not have in stock. The carrier wasn't as gentle with parcel as the FRAGILE stamp requested; however, the tiles were so well packaged not one was cracked. Kudos to you folks for doing such an excellent job.
My order came in a timely fashion... although some tiles were broken. Which for me was okay because I’m using them to do Mosaic so that was okay but if I was using the whole tiles I would be upset ❗️
Very good experience. Beautiful tile and terrific customer service. Placed my initial order to ship via 2 day mail. I realized I had left off material and then was allowed to add to the original order after it was sent the warehouse for pulling and packing. Nobody ever does that! I sent an email to LaFuente concerning my order. They responded quickly and acted on providing me with a great product. Their customer service is great and all they want is for the customer to be happy. I wasn't patient enough, during this time of COVID-19, so if you are having a problem, email them. They will go out of their way to help you out.
The order confirmation email showed incorrect quantities from what I had ordered. I tried to call and speak to someone but could not get through to anyone, maybe due to cover-19. I was able to sign into my order on the La Fuente site and saw my order was correct. I was contacted by email from April who worked with me to tweak my order due to a few out of stock tiles. They arrived quickly and are gorgeous!!! I am very happy!

the only problem I had was that I as looking for a purple tile ant the one in the computer was not the color I thought it was. It turns out the I still can use it.
The tiles are beautiful but approximately 15% of them came broken. You guys need to cushion your boxes more, especially the corners.

One shortage and suggested solutions was emailed to me only a short time after placing the online order, and the person knew when the shortage would be resolved. And the rest of the order shipped that same day. Packing was great, shipping fast. Great experience all around.
I feel like the thickness of the tile should be specified before sending them I called and I asked and they said they were a certain thickness as it turns out the dark blue tiles that I got are twice as thick as the lime green tiles setting them separately is not easy and then when you add two different thicknesses to that extent it makes it even harder

Purchased individual pieces of Talavera tiles in different designs and solid colors for planning a kitchen back-splash. One tile was back ordered for several weeks. I received a very nice call about how I wanted to handle the order. Several weeks later I decided to order more of one design and solid colors to hep with layout decisions. I had called and spoke with *** about what I was looking to do. Great customer service. She called back after order was placed to discuss another color as a place holder for a sample I wanted. Will be purchasing tile once we get kitchen plans done. Tile was well packaged and shipped immediately.

I ordered 3 samples and the CSR called me almost immediately to tell me they were out of the size I ordered for one of the colors and offered to substitute a different size so I could at least have that to view the color. The samples came quickly. Overall, excellent service!
I do mosaic art with tile. I love all the different colors that you offer. My only complaint is the difference in thickness of the tiles. The tile that is approximately 1/4 inch thick cuts like a dream, I am able to work around this problem. I am thankful For the color selection and also the quick shipping. Thank you

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRODUCT.
Happy with the service etc, however one of the items I ordered was 10lbs of broken tile. Most of that was green (I know I can't be picky about that but) but the disappointing thing was a lot of the tiles were not broken, just small, like 2" x 2" so I had to break those up myself.

They have a very nice selection of solid colors and some very lovely patterned tiles all in various sizes. My order was packed very, very well to avoid breakage and arrived very quickly.
