I received my items in a short time. My order was a 'trial order' to evaluate the quality of the tile.The quality is good. however I noticed that although I order the two items the same size (6"x6") they were not equal in size.Overall I have an idea of the length of time on delivery of an item an d I like the various items available especially the bathroom and kitchen items

I love my tile! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of multiple back orders (on 3 of the tile choices). Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my tile. Customer service was excellent. I was notified immediately of the back orders and the process of reselecting was easy.

I ordered house numbers and some accent tiles. Order arrived fairly quickly. Everything was packaged well and arrived in good condition. I love the uniqueness of each tile that I received.
I bought border tiles which were supposed to be 1/4 inch thick (pretty much a standard thickness..) The tiles that I received were slightly over 3/8 thick which makes then incompatible with other tiles I bought from other manufacturers without a lot of additional work. I suspect that I was sent seconds for my small order.
This was one of the easiest shopping experiences ever. The order showed up quickly, the tiles were exactly as pictured. Our next order will take longer, but the company called to let us know about the delay and offered us options to continue, cancel or change our selections. Great experience.

I ordered a slew of different tiles as samples to see how they would look in my kitchen. The website was easy to use, with very accurate pictures of the tiles.
