Beautiful tile for a small project. I would order again.
First of all, the tile is beautiful so no complaints about that. But I did have the following complaints:1) Shipping time - when order was placed, it showed one shipping date. Immediately after order was placed, the shipping time was moved by 2 days with no explanation provided. Then, on the day the order was supposed to arrive, it got pushed out by another day again with no explanation. Considering shipping is so expensive, this was an incredibly poor experience.2) Broken tile is just a bag of tile powder with one piece of tile. I understand it would not be full pieces, but I received a bag of tile dust! It was cheap, so not a big deal but please don't advertise that you are sending broken tile when you just fill the bag with rubble.3) Tiles need better individual wrapping. I ordered 8 tiles and 2 of them were chipped.

These Talavera tiles are beautiful! Bright colors, great quality work, nearly identical size & pattern. I’m very happy with them, they will be the focal point of my kitchen. Perfect look for Bohemian or even French Country inspired design.3 of the 72 tiles were cracked but I don’t believe it was from the packing. All were carefully packed with styrofoam cushions above and below the interior box. Seems unavoidable risk of shipping fragile product so plan accordingly with a few extra.

Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash

I had no difficulties with my order. I chose the pattern I wanted and then called customer service to see if I could purchase a few more than the 90 per box. The customer service rep was very helpful. She explained how to add to my order and she also stated that since I had chosen a very popular pattern and it was out of stock, she would add my name to the list she had so I would get my order as quickly as possible. I had my order within 2 weeks and I just love it. Kudos to La Fuente!!!
Great customer service. I was contacted by one of the employees after they discovered they cannot fulfill my order completely. They offered me an alternate design and were very helpful and courteous. However, the local delivery company did not deliver on the day promised and wanted to delay the delivery several days. I insisted on earlier delivery and they delivered my tiles the next day. The tile is beautiful and I will order again from this company in the future

They proactively called to tell me that some of my order was not in stock (although it would be in a few days) and ask if I would be okay with holding the shipment until the order was complete (it was a small order and it really didn't make sense to only ship part of it). All of the tiles I ordered for my kitchen were beautiful and were received in a timely manner, but when I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that three of them were broken. I also ordered them to all be the same size, yet many of them were not. My husband and I made do with what we had.

It would be helpful if allowed customers to know on your site which of the products are out of stock at the time. I ordered a few things and was in a bit of a rush, and was called a day or two later to tell me that about 4 of the 10 items I ordered weren't available.

Great product and service... I ordered online and they were out of one of the tiles I ordered. They called and emailed me within 24 hours of the order to find out what I wanted to do. When I received the tiles, they were packed very well... all in one piece and as beautiful as the pictures.

First of all, I really love the tiles. They are all beautiful. One problem I had was that one of the tiles came with a crack in it, which is very unfortunate. But shipping is soo expensive, I didn't want to order another $2 tile and spend $10 to ship it. Customer service called me regarding a payment issue and the woman I spoke with was very friendly and nice. Overall, this seems like a great company and I'm glad I discovered them.

The tiles were more beautiful than I imagined and my shower is gorgeous. They were packaged exceptionally well and non were broken or damaged.I also received exceptional help on the phone since the stock was a little short on a few that I ordered online and my project could not wait for a backorder to arrive.The sales person went out of her way to help me figure out some changes to the order that worked out perfectly.
