We just purchased 90 tiles from you (9 of 10 different styles). You packaged them in such a way that not one tile was damaged in the least. Amazing! Each tile was packaged with sturdy cardboard between it and the next one, and all 90 were packed into a box, which sat inside another box with 3-sided foam corners and newspaper. And the box was delivered in 2 days. Wow, just wow! We also sincerely appreciated the immediate replies to our queries. It has been a sincere pleasure dealing with your store.
Both times I have ordered they contacted me about back ordered items and gave me the option to wait for them and delay the order delivery or remove them from the order. Both times I asked to replace them with something similar or remove them from the order. Either way they took care of it the way I asked. They are very good with communication. The deliveries also came earlier than expected. They are great to work with

It has been a pleasure working with the staff of this company. I have placed 3 orders of miscellaneous tiles and all were received without errors or broken tiles. They notified me promptly on the one tile they did not have in stock. The carrier wasn't as gentle with parcel as the FRAGILE stamp requested; however, the tiles were so well packaged not one was cracked. Kudos to you folks for doing such an excellent job.

the only problem I had was that I as looking for a purple tile ant the one in the computer was not the color I thought it was. It turns out the I still can use it.
Tiles are exactly as described. The box they arrived in had been beaten up in transit, so I was expecting breakage. There was none. I received them very quickly. As I recall, they were shipped the same day I placed the order. Great selection!! I’m very pleased. ***
