It has been a pleasure working with the staff of this company. I have placed 3 orders of miscellaneous tiles and all were received without errors or broken tiles. They notified me promptly on the one tile they did not have in stock. The carrier wasn't as gentle with parcel as the FRAGILE stamp requested; however, the tiles were so well packaged not one was cracked. Kudos to you folks for doing such an excellent job.

I do mosaic art with tile. I love all the different colors that you offer. My only complaint is the difference in thickness of the tiles. The tile that is approximately 1/4 inch thick cuts like a dream, I am able to work around this problem. I am thankful For the color selection and also the quick shipping. Thank you
We ordered samples of several tiles in the Talavera line. Customer service was great and the tiles were painstakingly packed. Still somehow, one broke but I cannot fault the packer. These things happen. La Fuente is heads and shoulders above their fellow Mexican Tile retailers. I highly recommend.
I ordered 6 tiles as samples, and several were quite chipped. This was not a shiping problem but seems to be how the tiles were produced.

Happy with the service etc, however one of the items I ordered was 10lbs of broken tile. Most of that was green (I know I can't be picky about that but) but the disappointing thing was a lot of the tiles were not broken, just small, like 2" x 2" so I had to break those up myself.
Everything from order procedure to customer support was excellent. Had opportunity to speak directly with employee who was very interested in my satisfaction, even though I had a very small order. I will definitely shop here again.

They have a very nice selection of solid colors and some very lovely patterned tiles all in various sizes. My order was packed very, very well to avoid breakage and arrived very quickly. No problem with quick delivery. However, the quality of the product was not great I ordered 4 tiles in different colors in 6 x 6 size. The tiles were not all the same size. One was short of 6".

I needed samples for a future project, and when certain sizes were on backorder, the representative went through my list and found the patterns in other sizes so I could match colors. I love my tile! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of multiple back orders (on 3 of the tile choices). Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my tile. Customer service was excellent. I was notified immediately of the back orders and the process of reselecting was easy.
