Very professional customer service representatives. Went the extra mile by providing an up-to-date list of “Day of the Dead†2â€x2†tiles available.
The warehouse/shipping crew pulled the order very fast and packed the tiles so as nothing would be damaged while being transported.
They deserve all five [5] stars. I highly recommend La Fuente.
These tiles are amazing and gorgeous! You have very talented artists and their skills are beyond admirable. Thank you for my prompt and perfect delivery. These are exactly what I expected. ❤
Purchased solid colored tiles for decorating my outside brick porch. The tiles arrived well packed and on time. The colors were true to the on-line colors. Perfect!
We just purchased 90 tiles from you (9 of 10 different styles). You packaged them in such a way that not one tile was damaged in the least. Amazing! Each tile was packaged with sturdy cardboard between it and the next one, and all 90 were packed into a box, which sat inside another box with 3-sided foam corners and newspaper. And the box was delivered in 2 days. Wow, just wow! We also sincerely appreciated the immediate replies to our queries. It has been a sincere pleasure dealing with your store.
Both times I have ordered they contacted me about back ordered items and gave me the option to wait for them and delay the order delivery or remove them from the order. Both times I asked to replace them with something similar or remove them from the order. Either way they took care of it the way I asked. They are very good with communication. The deliveries also came earlier than expected. They are great to work with
Love the tiles, I have ordered a few times for my kitchen reno. Great shipping and customer service.
It has been a pleasure working with the staff of this company. I have placed 3 orders of miscellaneous tiles and all were received without errors or broken tiles. They notified me promptly on the one tile they did not have in stock. The carrier wasn't as gentle with parcel as the FRAGILE stamp requested; however, the tiles were so well packaged not one was cracked. Kudos to you folks for doing such an excellent job.
Packages came in on time and undamaged. I would definitely recommend this vendor for tiles
the only problem I had was that I as looking for a purple tile ant the one in the computer was not the color I thought it was. It turns out the I still can use it.
Tiles are exactly as described. The box they arrived in had been beaten up in transit, so I was expecting breakage. There was none. I received them very quickly. As I recall, they were shipped the same day I placed the order. Great selection!! I’m very pleased. ***
Ordered tile on several occasions, always arrives quickly and they pack it very well, not a broken tile yet!
