It has been a pleasure working with the staff of this company. I have placed 3 orders of miscellaneous tiles and all were received without errors or broken tiles. They notified me promptly on the one tile they did not have in stock. The carrier wasn't as gentle with parcel as the FRAGILE stamp requested; however, the tiles were so well packaged not one was cracked. Kudos to you folks for doing such an excellent job.

I have ordered two times and both times received courteous service. When some times were broken in shipping, they either replaced those or reimbursed me for them, at my choice.Their website is very easy to navigate. One suggestion I would make about color rendering. The color as presented on your computer screen is small and may not be exact so it is probably worth while on a big order to have them send you a sample.
