I have now ordered from La Fuente several times and I am ecstatic about the results. First, in getting my fireplace torn our and redone, I had Talavera tiles installed around the fireplace. They are beautiful and are the focus of our room. Everyone comments on the tiles and the colorful walls and shelves we built around them. I've also ordered Talavera planters which go beautifully in the house (it's winter, and too cold for them outside). I now have an amazing looking giant frog planter and a pig planter, and can't wait to get them planted. I've also bought tin ornaments for gifting, and I have a gorgeous tin and tile mirror as well. All items have arrived very carefully packed, unbroken, and timely. I am a very happy repeat La Fuente customer.

The painted star ornament arrived with the points bent in and the paint falling off. The paint is also falling off one of the other ornaments already. I understand that the ornaments are fragile, but if the star had been packaged better (It was in a plastic bag in the box. The box was marked "rattle okay") the points would not have been damaged. There was no packing material in the box. A bunched up sheet of newspaper would probably have done the trick.
I searched online for the prettiest painted punched tin Mexican Christmas tree ornaments. I found them at La Fuente & also for the best price & selection! My ornaments arrived very quickly & were wrapped so cute in cellophane with a ribbon tie! I am so happy with my adorable little Mexican Christmas tree! Thanks La Fuente!

I appreciated customer service calling me shortly after I placed the order to inform me that one of the items was not in stock. Since I needed the items quickly for a restaurant opening I decided to change the item so I would receive everything I needed on time.
Staff very helpful.. I was a little nervous using this company which was previously unknown to me. Then I made a mistake in one part of my credit card info - they were very prompt and helpful in contacting me by phone to correct the problem and I soon got my beautiful tin ornaments - good quality good service
