I have now ordered from La Fuente several times and I am ecstatic about the results. First, in getting my fireplace torn our and redone, I had Talavera tiles installed around the fireplace. They are beautiful and are the focus of our room. Everyone comments on the tiles and the colorful walls and shelves we built around them. I've also ordered Talavera planters which go beautifully in the house (it's winter, and too cold for them outside). I now have an amazing looking giant frog planter and a pig planter, and can't wait to get them planted. I've also bought tin ornaments for gifting, and I have a gorgeous tin and tile mirror as well. All items have arrived very carefully packed, unbroken, and timely. I am a very happy repeat La Fuente customer.

I loved the purchases (with one exception) and the prompt service was quite appreciated. Very professional. The pink ratablo was over priced. I was disappointed to see that it looked like a xeroxed copy of a cartoon print. Very unhappy with that purchase especially because it was over priced for what it was. Had I seen it in the store I would not have purchased the item. All other items were great fun and exceptional. Thank you!

I was very surprized at what (and how) I received; perhaps your description could have been clearer (I was expecting 3D characters, rather than flat. For the price, OK, I guess, but I was especially disappointed with "faces"; I'll try to fix a bit. I do believe in doing what works, but for a professional company like you, the mailing envelope that was handwritten made me . . . . chuckle.... Scratch my head anyway. Loved the stamps, which I use personally. I'll read description of items more carefully in past.
