Everything arrived intact. Only one item disappointed...And when I went to return it the post office wanted 5.00 less than what I paid originally for it.... SO, I asked around to find a nice catholic person if they would like to have the item and they were thrilled with it. So, I did my Mizpah for today...I will order from Lafuente again. A little smaller than I expected but quality is well worth it! It’s about the size of a normal book. The packaging was VERY secure and mine was delivered when it was raining & there was absolutely no damage to the product! Will purchase from this site again :)
I was looking for a specific item to be a thank you gift for one of my events. Out of any online retailer La Fuente Imports carried the largest supply of the item that I was looking for. I had read a couple reviews which made me a bit hesitant but decided to give it a go. I called customer service and the gentleman whom I spoke to helped me tremendously! I was reassured that my order would come on time, was given a reasonable shipping price and was confident the items would be packaged with care. The items I recieved were all very beautiful. All the items except the mirror were in perfect condition. I know the mirrors are hand produced and therefore will have variances. It did have some flaws in the forging together of the steel peices. I got it on a very good sale and so it was very reasonable. Had it been full price I wouldn't have been as happy. It is very gorgeous and not noticeable probably to most people just looking at it.
