I ordered three plates to give as a Christmas gifts. Later, I was notified that one of the plates was on back order for several months, and none of the plates would ship until then unless I paid extra. Because I was unaware that the plate was on back order when I placed my order, it didn't seem fair that I would be expected to pay extra just to receive the other plates in a timely manner. I understand that orders can get backed up, but I don't believe it should be the customer's responsibility to pay extra for shipping in such instances. To the contrary, it seems appropriate for the customer to be offered an extra discount for the inconvenience of having to wait several months for their order.

I was pleasantly surprised that my order arrives so quickly. Much sooner than I anticipated. Usually companies give you a timeframe it arrives more towards the end of that period. It was all packaged carefully and everything arrived with no problem. I am amazed at how beautiful the tiles and plates look. They are even more beautiful than they look on your website!
