We just purchased 90 tiles from you (9 of 10 different styles). You packaged them in such a way that not one tile was damaged in the least. Amazing! Each tile was packaged with sturdy cardboard between it and the next one, and all 90 were packed into a box, which sat inside another box with 3-sided foam corners and newspaper. And the box was delivered in 2 days. Wow, just wow! We also sincerely appreciated the immediate replies to our queries. It has been a sincere pleasure dealing with your store.

In these current times of items being "out of stock due to shipment problems".... I was totally surprised by the seed we received our order and the quality on the order. We are SO going to place another order!
I ordered 12 sets of five tiles each for a total of 60 tiles. Shipping was prompt, and the tiles were really carefully packed. Despite that, one tile was broken. I notified customer service and was sent a replacement tile immediately. The tiles are beautiful and well designed and made.

I love the Oaxacan sculptures, which are packed very carefully except for the ears of some of them (which are removable) can easily become lost in the packing material. I am not sure how best to solve this problem. Luckily, I didn't lose any of the ears.

I NEVER leave reviews but feel compelled to because of the excellent customer service I received from La Fuente. I ordered tiles for my backsplash. I was running behind through no fault of anyone but me but the point is delay would have stressed me. There was an error on their site as to how many of one of the tiles was available (the sugar skulls), and they called me with minutes of me hitting "complete order" to explain how many they had available. If I had had to deal with it through email I would have been a basket case, but instead everything got worked out quickly and easily--and the lady who called me ran into her warehouse to confirm the number the computer was giving her. Much to my delight they had even more than they thought. I would order from them again in a heartbeat! (PS and all tiles have arrived with no scratches or breaks.)
I found the site looking for a place that sells single tiles instead of cases. I was able to pick out a selection for a patchwork accent wall. The colors and designs were exactly what I wanted for my home. Great customer service.

Loved my bags of broken lies. Lots of variety, very fun. Also, adored the samples we ordered to help us decide on our kitchen backsplash. Excellent customer service! They even caught a color mistake I made and called me to fix it, instead of mailing me the wrong white. And shipping is fast.
Happy with the service etc, however one of the items I ordered was 10lbs of broken tile. Most of that was green (I know I can't be picky about that but) but the disappointing thing was a lot of the tiles were not broken, just small, like 2" x 2" so I had to break those up myself.
Every customer service person I spoke with (via email) was very helpful and concerned with my satisfaction. Excellent experience! I bought tiles for a kitchen renovation and they completed my vision. Everyone that see's our kitchen for the first time always comments on the tiles and asks where I got them.Thanks La Fuente!
