When one of the tiles I ordered was out of stock, I was notified my order would be delayed. Since I was working on a deadline, I emailed a request for a substitution. The substitution was made and my order arrived within a few days. The tiles were all intact, beautiful, and very uniform. The tiles I started my project with were from a different vendor, and those had arrived with some broken due to careless packing and also due to the fact that the tiles were not flat. Their shapes were highly irregular. Thank you LaFuente!
My order came in a timely fashion... although some tiles were broken. Which for me was okay because I’m using them to do Mosaic so that was okay but if I was using the whole tiles I would be upset ❗️

I bought Talavera tiles to do the backsplash in my kitchen and it looks amazing,; I feel like if I was in Mexico. I have the most beautiful kitchen in whole Maryland!... jajaja. I was worried that a lot of tiles were going to arrive broken but everything was packed very well and only two were broken.I will definitely be recommending them.

*** I did not give a rating of five stars because whoever packaged the product did a terrible job. The box was too big and the tiles were not wrapped individually, so the tiles shifted around and four of the tiles arrived broken. I did not make a big deal about it by contacting customer service and have the tiles returned and replaced because 1) I don't have the luxury of time for the project I am working on and 2) I am using the tiles for a project where the seams of the breaks (I had to use super glue to piece everything back together) will not make a huge impact overall *** I would give 2 stars for the terrible packaging job. Something so beautiful and fragile must be packaged with care.

They must of bought the cheapest tile they could get their hands on to make the highest profit. I will never buy from them again and I lay tile.

The tiles are very nice. They are not white and blue however, they are more like cream and blue. I can't use them where I had thought but I will use them to decorate other areas. The order system worked well and delivery was fast. Thank you.

I ordered a variety of travertine tile from this company because of the huge variety to pick from. My 90 year old Dad can sit and do projects - so he is covering a wall in my small bathroom in these handmade tile.I ordered over 80 and they can wrapped and packaged very safely. Each tile has different colors and I love the look of a sampler wall.Previously, I ordered a sink from another on line company, but you have a much wider selection - wish I saw you first.I will order more for his next project.
