The quality of the tiles is great, they came quickly, and I appreciated the shipping break. The only thing I wish is that they said “La Fuente tile” on the back. I’m ordering samples from a lot of companies and it would be good if these were labeled. That way I would know where to go back to, to buy more!

When one of the tiles I ordered was out of stock, I was notified my order would be delayed. Since I was working on a deadline, I emailed a request for a substitution. The substitution was made and my order arrived within a few days. The tiles were all intact, beautiful, and very uniform. The tiles I started my project with were from a different vendor, and those had arrived with some broken due to careless packing and also due to the fact that the tiles were not flat. Their shapes were highly irregular. Thank you LaFuente!

I am very satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate as was ordering the products. I ordered Talavera tile and a few of them were broken when they arrived. The packaging was really well done so I don't think La Fuente was at fault. The amount of tiles I ordered versus the few that were broken is negligible. I contacted the company and they are sending me replacement tiles at no charge. I would highly recommend La Fuente and will use them again in the future if I am looking for items like what they sell!
My tiles were so beautiful and packaged with care. There was one tile they ran out of, so they called me right away. I really appreciated the personal phone call from a real person and appreciated that they called me right away. I can’t wait to find another reason to purchase from this company again.

A fantastic experience! When I ordered my house numbers, I ordered the wrong size frame. Instead of sending me what I ordered, they called me and I was able to correct my mistake the very day of my order. The order arrived in just a couple of days and it is beautiful. These were the perfect tiles for my project and were exactly what I was looking for to replace some dated tiles on two vintage side tables. The tiles arrived very quickly and were well packaged.
I went on line and found La Fuente. Was delighted to find tile with the exact colors that I was looking for to spruce up my hall way. The tiles were delivered quickly.. My only complaint about receiving them had all to do with the carrier just leaving them on the front porch with out even ringing the bell. My tiles are still in the box and have not been put up yet but I am happy that the colors matched what was pictured. I would recommend La Fuente to others .

First of all, I really love the tiles. They are all beautiful. One problem I had was that one of the tiles came with a crack in it, which is very unfortunate. But shipping is soo expensive, I didn't want to order another $2 tile and spend $10 to ship it. Customer service called me regarding a payment issue and the woman I spoke with was very friendly and nice. Overall, this seems like a great company and I'm glad I discovered them.
