Please make so that larger orders can have assorted pieces. This is only with the solid 4x4 pieces. I use assortments for my mosaics.

The lady that answered the phone was very perfesoonal Helpful and patient. As far as delivery I was easily able to track my package and it arrived undisturbed along with it contents. One thing I was pleasingly surprised to see was their use of corn peanuts as packing. I applaud their efforts wish more companies would do the same .K.W. Hale okc ok

I purchased 10 lbs if broken pieces. They were so inexpensive! I can't wait to start my mosaics. I was extremely satisfied with the other tiles. They arrived quickly and wrapped very well (by hand) none cracked. I absolutely love the Day of the Dead tile series. They make my work so unique. First class company.
The tiles I ordered were securely and safely packed.....and delivered quickly. In the past when I’ve needed assistance With an order the customer service representatives have been very friendly and helpful.
My order came in a timely fashion... although some tiles were broken. Which for me was okay because I’m using them to do Mosaic so that was okay but if I was using the whole tiles I would be upset ❗️
Only bought a small amount of tiles on 2 occasions. Both times they arrived well packed and exactly what I wanted. Would definitely use again next time I need tiles.
Product was in good condition and was what I ordered. Cost of shipping, however, was almost as high as the product.

the only problem I had was that I as looking for a purple tile ant the one in the computer was not the color I thought it was. It turns out the I still can use it.

I do mosaic art with tile. I love all the different colors that you offer. My only complaint is the difference in thickness of the tiles. The tile that is approximately 1/4 inch thick cuts like a dream, I am able to work around this problem. I am thankful For the color selection and also the quick shipping. Thank you
We ordered samples of several tiles in the Talavera line. Customer service was great and the tiles were painstakingly packed. Still somehow, one broke but I cannot fault the packer. These things happen. La Fuente is heads and shoulders above their fellow Mexican Tile retailers. I highly recommend.

I was told by email my product was shipped and would take 2-3 days to get to me. But that did not happen I waited to finish my project thinking the tiles would be here the i received an email of shipment the next week. Any how i got it all done.

Very good customer service. There were a couple of items out of stock and a representative called me to either help me select some comparable tiles or give me the option to wait until the tiles came in. I chose to select different tiles and they are beautiful.
