It has been a pleasure working with the staff of this company. I have placed 3 orders of miscellaneous tiles and all were received without errors or broken tiles. They notified me promptly on the one tile they did not have in stock. The carrier wasn't as gentle with parcel as the FRAGILE stamp requested; however, the tiles were so well packaged not one was cracked. Kudos to you folks for doing such an excellent job.

Purchased individual pieces of Talavera tiles in different designs and solid colors for planning a kitchen back-splash. One tile was back ordered for several weeks. I received a very nice call about how I wanted to handle the order. Several weeks later I decided to order more of one design and solid colors to hep with layout decisions. I had called and spoke with *** about what I was looking to do. Great customer service. She called back after order was placed to discuss another color as a place holder for a sample I wanted. Will be purchasing tile once we get kitchen plans done. Tile was well packaged and shipped immediately.
Besides having an amazing variety of tiles, the service is wonderful. *** took the time to help us calculate the amount of product we needed and actually went into the warehouse to match some colors for us. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I ordered 3 samples and the CSR called me almost immediately to tell me they were out of the size I ordered for one of the colors and offered to substitute a different size so I could at least have that to view the color. The samples came quickly. Overall, excellent service!

I ordered 6 tiles as samples, and several were quite chipped. This was not a shiping problem but seems to be how the tiles were produced.
Excellent customer service! They even caught a color mistake I made and called me to fix it, instead of mailing me the wrong white. And shipping is fast.

They have a very nice selection of solid colors and some very lovely patterned tiles all in various sizes. My order was packed very, very well to avoid breakage and arrived very quickly. Excellent customer service! I needed samples for a future project, and when certain sizes were on backorder, the representative went through my list and found the patterns in other sizes so I could match colors. We even decided to use one of the other sizes she sent instead of the original we were going to choose, so I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of this company. I ordered tiles for my kitchen, and when the patterned ones didn't work, I sent them back and got more blue ones. And then I got 45 beige ones, to finish the job. Very lovely, my kitchen is now very lovely.

Package arrived VERY quickly -- excellent. BUT, there was a gaping hole in the cardboard and the tiles could easily have come crashing out! I know the shipment was heavy, but perhaps more attention to the packing material when sending such heavy boxes would be a good idea.
I was called about my order with a delay in inventory. As soon as the inventory was in my order was promptly shipped and was received well packed with no damage.
Over all I am very happy with the service I received, especially from the last two operators I dealt with for sure. BUT, weeks ago before I actually paid for and finalized the deal, I spoke with an operator who was very short with me. I started coughing when I was on the phone and I could not help it and she made a rude remark to me and hung up. She said," How long is this going to last?" How rude.....But I ended up with nicer people later on and all went well.

I have ordered twice, both orders for small amounts of varied tiles for personal projects, not major kitchen/bathroom/remodeling events. First time I just ordered and they sent, all wonderful. Second time I ordered (unknown to me) out of stock tiles. I was promptly contacted by phone, I returned e-mail, all worked out easily. I was offered to change my order items or wait. I chose to change my items and received my order promptly. I will order again for major/minor projects.
The people at La Fuente are very nice and also helpful. The tiles in my first shipment were nice. But then I ordered 70 or so 6X6 wall tiles and every one of them was discolored. They were not cut to 6X6 either. I understand hand made tiles, but each tile had a streak of clay because the color was not applied well. Some were also cut very badly. I found 46 tiles I could use because I can't hold up my project any long. They will be used lower on the wall and the sink will be a distraction. I resent having to pay the price to ship them back. They are not worthy of anybody's project.
I was very satisfied with the service provided. The staff was friendly and very efficient in getting the products to me. They have a beautiful and large selection of tile. The only advice I have is maybe train on finding ways to help people like me who don't know how to estimate how much tile is needed for a round table. Yes I did go on Google, But I didn't find it helpful.

The last order arrived promptly. Thanks.But what happened next was so surprising.As soon as the grout was put in, each solid colored tile crackled. My contractor *** called your office but no one was helpful. Anyway, it was too late to do anything. So now we have to pretend that it is a design!I feel like La Fuente Imports does not have a clear transparent policy and did not tell us about the nature of the tiles etc. The reason I ordered from you was I do not like anything made in China & I love and support your artistic Mexican tiles! That is what was so disappointing.

I was in need of very special tiles for a very special project. A Christmas present for a very special Gran and PaPa. Within 30 minutes of receiving my online order I received a call letting me know that a few of the color selections/sizes I had ordered were not immediately available. But after explaining the scope of my project she found an immediate solution and I couldn't be happier! TEAM LA FUENTE IMPORTS!!
Ordered sample tiles to determine if look/color would work. The tiles came quickly to make a decision. Unfortunately, the color did not work for my project. And, one of the tiles came with a chip, making it unusable if I moved forward with the project. As a result, I would be concerned with the quality of any future shipments.
Everything arrived quickly and well packed. Items just as advertised. Very happy with their products!
