I was pleasantly surprised that my order arrives so quickly. Much sooner than I anticipated. Usually companies give you a timeframe it arrives more towards the end of that period. I was definately surprised by the " this is your problem attitude" when I called because the wrong tiles were ordered. Frankly very RARE to encounter with orher companies these days. regardless of whose mistake it was.....your company will hopefully treat the customer with more politeness and professionalism in the future. Honestly all the other online companies have quite effective and professional customer service departments.
