I ordered 12 sets of five tiles each for a total of 60 tiles. Shipping was prompt, and the tiles were really carefully packed. Despite that, one tile was broken. I notified customer service and was sent a replacement tile immediately. The tiles are beautiful and well designed and made.

I ordered a couple tiles to see if they would work for the backsplash in my kitchen. Unfortunately the tiles clashed with my countertops so I was not able to do my project with them but the service and shipping were first rate. I am a satisfied customer and, now that I know about the existence of La Fuente Imports, will probably order other stuff from them in the future.
Shipping was very fast which was so great for us looking for samples and needing to make decisions. The online ordering process was straight forward and easy which hasn’t been the case with all ***, and our samples came packaged very carefully and fully intact. I’m fully pleased.

Amazing! The customer service was outstanding, shipped even more quickly than promised, and the tiles are stunning.
I ordered 16 random tiles of different patterns. Immediately after placing the order online, I received a call from the company stating that one of the patters was on back order, but that they would send the tiles as soon as it was available. The person was very friendly and the phone call was certainly timely. The only issue I had was that one tile arrived broken in half and another has a corner off of it.

All of the tiles I ordered for my kitchen were beautiful and were received in a timely manner, but when I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that three of them were broken. I also ordered them to all be the same size, yet many of them were not. My husband and I made do with what we had.

The tiles arrived in excellent condition and shipping was faster than anticipated. They look even better in person. There is slight variation in the sizes of the tile, but we can make adjustments to the grout lines to compensate. All around we are very satisfied.
I ordered a variety of travertine tile from this company because of the huge variety to pick from. My 90 year old Dad can sit and do projects - so he is covering a wall in my small bathroom in these handmade tile.I ordered over 80 and they can wrapped and packaged very safely. Each tile has different colors and I love the look of a sampler wall.Previously, I ordered a sink from another on line company, but you have a much wider selection - wish I saw you first.I will order more for his next project.
