I ordered 9 tiles to see the color and quality before I ordered the amount for a kitchen back splash. The tiles are exactly as shown on the web site and were wrapped well and arrived quickly and none were broken or chipped. Will definitely order more.

I ordered 16 random tiles of different patterns. Immediately after placing the order online, I received a call from the company stating that one of the patters was on back order, but that they would send the tiles as soon as it was available. The person was very friendly and the phone call was certainly timely. The only issue I had was that one tile arrived broken in half and another has a corner off of it.

We were extremely disappointed in this order. I had specifically called to make sure the tiles were exactly 4" square, as written in the catalog. I was assured that they were 4", but that they could vary up to 1/8". The tiles arrived and most were 4 3/8". Because our table top we are making was made to handle exactly 4" tiles, these are now useless to us. We are trying to finagle ways to make them work, but are not having a lot of luck. Also, I was disappointed in the quality of the tiles. They appear "warped" when looking at them horizontally. I am very disappointed - especially since I had specifically to verify size. We are not sure what we will do now...

I loved the selection of beautiful tiles and felt that they were reasonably priced. My order arrived quickly and out of 32 tiles there was only one that was cracked but I had ordered 4 extra tiles for "just in case", I mean, they ARE tiles... Thank you so much, I just tiled a beautiful patio table!
Great selection of tiles for my needs, fast shipping of samples, excellent communication of order status. Web site descriptions and images were also very clear. Not so with other web sites I ordered from, one gave me no receipt or notices whatsoever, mediocre product images, etc. Will be ordering my large orders from La Fuente.

Excellent customer service in placing orders, but I ordered tiles & they are not all the same size so now I have to have them hopefully filed down to fit into space I want to put them. This happened with an order I placed last year and that's why I had to order more this year. Unfortunately the same results.

Customer service was excellent & product very pretty. I ordered a large amount of tile, however, some of the tile edges were just a little too big so I am going to have to have them filed down or cut or something hopefully. I should return them, but really can't afford the cost of returning them.
