Customer Rep were pleasant, but the order procedure was chaotic.I have ordered particular Telavera tiles, which I chose on the computer.Customer Rep accepted order.I have sent my order with numbers and sizes.Then after a few days she stated that my favorite tiles were sold .She stated that she put them away and somebody took them from the box ???.This shows lack of professionalism. I have to substitute many tiles for " similar " ones.

It was a quick turn around from order to shipment to delivery. However, the shipping cost was high. I am concerned of the shipping cost if indeed we go with one of the ordered samples for the kitchen's back splash.***
Well I love talavera but the specific 4x4 tile I ordered to do some deco inserts in a kitchen backsplash was somewhat off white. More of a cream color. Sometimes the internet colors can vary from true shades

I received the decorative tiles. As I believe they are hand made, the size & thickness varies a little bit. They are rather expensive. I wish they had better QC at the production level.Thanks***
The tile I ordered from La Fuente was well priced, attractive, and everything came in one piece. The tiles was packed and sent out quickly, but FedEx was terrible about delivering it. It took three times, even though I was waiting for the order when they said they came by. Not La Fuente's fault, but I would consider upgrading to UPS if I were to order in the future.
Great personal service. Several patterns I ordered were out of stock. Received a phone call and recommendations for substitutes which were perfect. Very satisfied!
