I am very satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate as was ordering the products. I ordered Talavera tile and a few of them were broken when they arrived. The packaging was really well done so I don't think La Fuente was at fault. The amount of tiles I ordered versus the few that were broken is negligible. I contacted the company and they are sending me replacement tiles at no charge. I would highly recommend La Fuente and will use them again in the future if I am looking for items like what they sell!

I LOVE the tile!!!!! I had written a few emails to the company for a delivery update and never heard back from anyone... So for a while I didn't think my order was coming. But once it arrived, it was perfect and they have really made my kitchen look BEAUTIFUL!

I was satisfied with the product. It was as described on the web site. Material came in in perfect condition and on time. I have not had the product long enough to evaluate durability.
The tiles were perfect. I had two tile trivits that are hot plate holders. They are in a wooden frame and I dropped one and the tile in it broke. I started to toss the whole thing and then I went online and found exactly what I wanted at La Fuentes. I ordered two and redid both of the trivits. They look great. It was nice to be able to order them as single tiles. I will use them again.
These Talavera tiles are beautiful! Bright colors, great quality work, nearly identical size & pattern. I’m very happy with them, they will be the focal point of my kitchen. Perfect look for Bohemian or even French Country inspired design.3 of the 72 tiles were cracked but I don’t believe it was from the packing. All were carefully packed with styrofoam cushions above and below the interior box. Seems unavoidable risk of shipping fragile product so plan accordingly with a few extra.

Installed tile along our stairs - looks incredible! Gorgeous. Will post pictures. We ordered more than 100 tiles and I believe we had only 2 broken tiles - which is pretty incredible!! Will purchase again.
Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash

*** was great at helping me when I made a mistake on the order and fixed it immediately & sent a copy of the revised order with the changes..... nothing was broken, shipping was quicker then anticipated.....one problem with the nine pieces , TIL540B, they measured out to be smaller then the other pieces and I couldn't fit them into what I was doing......perhaps I'll use them later somewhere else ........hope I can order again soon.....
Excellent. love these tiles they are just what my antique side board needed to restore it back to its original beauty.I was surprised at the 1/4 inch difference in all the tiles but I adjusted just fine. They are beautiful and very well made.Instead of 6"x 6" , they were 6 1/4 x 61/4 still worked out great even better actually more to show off.

Customer Rep were pleasant, but the order procedure was chaotic.I have ordered particular Telavera tiles, which I chose on the computer.Customer Rep accepted order.I have sent my order with numbers and sizes.Then after a few days she stated that my favorite tiles were sold .She stated that she put them away and somebody took them from the box ???.This shows lack of professionalism. I have to substitute many tiles for " similar " ones.

I ordered a variety of travertine tile from this company because of the huge variety to pick from. My 90 year old Dad can sit and do projects - so he is covering a wall in my small bathroom in these handmade tile.I ordered over 80 and they can wrapped and packaged very safely. Each tile has different colors and I love the look of a sampler wall.Previously, I ordered a sink from another on line company, but you have a much wider selection - wish I saw you first.I will order more for his next project.
It was a quick turn around from order to shipment to delivery. However, the shipping cost was high. I am concerned of the shipping cost if indeed we go with one of the ordered samples for the kitchen's back splash.***
