I love the tiles I purchased from La Fuente. This is my second order. I placed several tiles in a dirt strip in front of two benches. My La Fuente order of Talavera tiles was easy to order, handled extemely efficiently, (especially considering shipping issues now) carefully packed, arrived sooner than I expected and of course, they are stunningly beautiful. There was a glitch on my credit card (autofil) and the woman I talked to was wonderful, fixed the problem in a minute and was friendly! Can't recommend this company highly enough.

It was very easy to shop for tiles without leaving my home. The colors were accurate and the tiles were even prettier than the photos. I've been to Mexico and seen where they are made and I was grateful that it was easy to order them on line and within our country.
When one of the tiles I ordered was out of stock, I was notified my order would be delayed. Since I was working on a deadline, I emailed a request for a substitution. The substitution was made and my order arrived within a few days. The tiles were all intact, beautiful, and very uniform. The tiles I started my project with were from a different vendor, and those had arrived with some broken due to careless packing and also due to the fact that the tiles were not flat. Their shapes were highly irregular. Thank you LaFuente!

I was so impressed with the entire experience with La Fuente Imports. The online shopping was easy, the ordering was easy, the prices were great...! I placed the order and received my tiles so quickly. I was so excited and nervous to open the box, but when I did I was very impressed. They were double packed and not a single tile was missing or cracked. The colors of the tiles were just as represented on the website. Keep in mind whether they are actually hand painted or reproduced - I am not 100% sure - but they will not be perfect matches. That's part of the "Mexican Tile" character. I loved them, but unfortunately my husband was not as enthusiastic about using those tiles in our new home as I was, so sadly I will be sending them back. I still LOVE them and it is no fault of the tile or La Fuente Imports, my husband just doesn't prefer the colors and character as much as I do. I would highly recommend this company from this experience. I'm determined to get some character in my newly built home some how - so back to their website I will go!

Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash

I ordered 16 random tiles of different patterns. Immediately after placing the order online, I received a call from the company stating that one of the patters was on back order, but that they would send the tiles as soon as it was available. The person was very friendly and the phone call was certainly timely. The only issue I had was that one tile arrived broken in half and another has a corner off of it.

LOVE THE TILES! They are Beautiful! But had a snafu where half the tiles I ordered were on back order. Instead of being willing to ship me some of the tiles now and the others later in the week, the gentleman I spoke with (who was not very friendly or accommodating) said I would incur the additional shipping cost. For me, it would have been good customer service to offer to ship them free of charge. Instead I cancelled that part of the order.

I have been looking for Mexican Talavera tiles for my kitchen renovations for years.. I was finally ready and i couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Within 5 minutes of making an on-line order, I got a phone call from a very professional employee at La Fuente who said that the decorative painted tile I wanted was on backorder, and that there were only two of the (discounted) wine glasses left--I had ordered 4. She helped me look around a bit, I checked with my contractor about the tile and got back to her (we decided to wait for the backordered shipment), and then gave me free shipping even though with only 2 wine glasses, the order didn't quite meet the minimum required. Then the shipment arrived a week ahead of the estimate, and the painted tiles are PERFECT (not to mention less expensive than plain blue tile at my local tile store).
The website was easy to maneuver and the customer service was great. I received a call about the items that I purchased. I was able to select a similar item and they were all shipped out immediately. I ordered 27 individual tiles for a project I was working on. They were received in less time than I was expecting and I was very excited when I opened the box! They are BEAUTIFUL! I love how colorful they are. I had ordered a few more than I needed, expecting some to be broken but there was only one tile that had a corner broken, which I will be able to use for something else. I'm very pleased and cannot wait for my next project so I can order more!
The customer care was very professional and handled quickly.My only complaint is I ordered 8 small tiles and 1 of them was not usable for my purposes. It truly was a bad second. So far I have only unpacked one tile. It looks great. Packed very well. The tiles are beautiful, they look slightly less brilliant than the pictures on their website, but still very nice. My order arrived promptly.
Very pleased! Tiles arrived (from halfway across the country) in less than a week. They were securely packaged, with no chips or broken tiles. Just as beautiful in person as they were pictured on the website. A colorful addition to my kitchen decor. LaFuente Imports has a repeat customer.

All of the tiles I ordered for my kitchen were beautiful and were received in a timely manner, but when I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that three of them were broken. I also ordered them to all be the same size, yet many of them were not. My husband and I made do with what we had.
Excellent customer service! I needed samples for a future project, and when certain sizes were on backorder, the representative went through my list and found the patterns in other sizes so I could match colors. We even decided to use one of the other sizes she sent instead of the original we were going to choose, so I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of this company. Will definitely recommend them!

Upon receiving my order, I found 2 of the 5 tiles were broken in shipping. I called La Fuente, who indicated the replacements would be sent right out. Three days later I received not 2 tiles but 5.Excellent customer service ☺***

We needed to talk to a La Fuente representative about several different orders we had placed. We found the staff to be superb! They answered every question and we received all our orders precisely when they told us they would arrive.

I found my online shopping experience with La Fuente Imports to be quite excellent.There was only one negative for me in the choice of a particular product I sought, which was only available as a case of forty units, when I needed only fourteen.I had a difficult time locating and purchasing that same product from another company. Had the product been available from La Fuente Imports in the quantity I needed, I would have purchased that same product from La Fuente Imports.It was frustrating to know La Fuente Imports had that same product available for sale but the conditions of the sale placed it beyond my immediate budget.This is not in any way a complaint about La Fuente Imports sales terms and conditions, it is not my company and I possess no right to suggest they change that business determination just to suit my needs. My recent order of *** tiles arrived quickly and safely. The packing inside was excellent since no tiles were damaged. This is the 4th or 5th order I've done from La Fuente, and I've been happy not only with their service, but also their quick response when a large order of tiles I ordered had a few that were damaged. The damaged tiles were quickly replaced, and my conversations with those I communicated with were courteous and very satisfactory.
I love my tile! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of multiple back orders (on 3 of the tile choices). Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my tile. Customer service was excellent. I was notified immediately of the back orders and the process of reselecting was easy.

First of all, I really love the tiles. They are all beautiful. One problem I had was that one of the tiles came with a crack in it, which is very unfortunate. But shipping is soo expensive, I didn't want to order another $2 tile and spend $10 to ship it. Customer service called me regarding a payment issue and the woman I spoke with was very friendly and nice. Overall, this seems like a great company and I'm glad I discovered them.

There was an issue with the availability of the tiles in my original order and the handled it with courtesy and professionalism. I got a few wood boxes on a sale but can't find any more. I was pleasantly surprised that my order arrives so quickly. Much sooner than I anticipated. Usually companies give you a timeframe it arrives more towards the end of that period. It was all packaged carefully and everything arrived with no problem. I am amazed at how beautiful the tiles and plates look. They are even more beautiful than they look on your website! The colors are so brilliant! This is the first time I can say that I am excited about tiles and dishes!
