I love the Talavera tile I have ordered from La Fuentes on several occasions. I have used La Fuentes' tile in my basement half bath (for a backsplash) and now that I am getting my upstairs full bath remodeled, La Fuentes' tile is a very prominent part of my overall design, with small 2x2 blue "Fiesta Azul" tiles comprising a small band around the entire shower and then the 4.25x4/25" Fiesta Azul tiles for my shower niche. Then I bought a handful of random, blue-dominated Talavera tiles to hang on the bathroom wall as a "splash" of color. In addition to the tile being beautiful and high quality, dealing with La Fuentes as a business... to include reasonably fast regular shipping and an overnight expedited shipping in one order was easy and worked the way it needed too. I totally recommend La Fuente Imports to other folks looking to add some color and character to their homes!

I ordered 12 sets of five tiles each for a total of 60 tiles. Shipping was prompt, and the tiles were really carefully packed. Despite that, one tile was broken. I notified customer service and was sent a replacement tile immediately. The tiles are beautiful and well designed and made.

I am very satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate as was ordering the products. I ordered Talavera tile and a few of them were broken when they arrived. The packaging was really well done so I don't think La Fuente was at fault. The amount of tiles I ordered versus the few that were broken is negligible. I contacted the company and they are sending me replacement tiles at no charge. I would highly recommend La Fuente and will use them again in the future if I am looking for items like what they sell!

First of all, the tile is beautiful so no complaints about that. But I did have the following complaints:1) Shipping time - when order was placed, it showed one shipping date. Immediately after order was placed, the shipping time was moved by 2 days with no explanation provided. Then, on the day the order was supposed to arrive, it got pushed out by another day again with no explanation. Considering shipping is so expensive, this was an incredibly poor experience.2) Broken tile is just a bag of tile powder with one piece of tile. I understand it would not be full pieces, but I received a bag of tile dust! It was cheap, so not a big deal but please don't advertise that you are sending broken tile when you just fill the bag with rubble.3) Tiles need better individual wrapping. I ordered 8 tiles and 2 of them were chipped.
The tiles came safely, protectively wrapped. I had them put on the face of my front porch step and they look wonderful.wish I had more places to use more tiles. It was a tough decision picking them out cause they’re all lovely. Thank you!

I ordered 2 tiles, each different, just as decorative items to hang on a wall. We loved them so much we ordered 2 more of each design. We ended up putting cork backing on them and using them as coasters. They are beautiful and are perfect for oversized coffee cups. I’ll be ordering larger ones to hang now that I know how beautiful they are. I had a great ordering experience as well. When one of my credit card numbers was off, instead of canceling my order like most sites do, they actually called me personally to verify. What wonderful customer service!!! Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash

La Fuente has an amzing selection of Talavera tiles! I ordered four 6-inch tiles to use as accents on an outdoor fireplace I had built. Customer support was very good, and my order arrived on time. My only reservation was that one of the tiles was very slightly larger than the others, however, I was able to make it work with my design. I guess with handmade tiles, some variance is to be expected. I would certainly order from them again.

Wonderful customer service. They proactively called to tell me that some of my order was not in stock (although it would be in a few days) and ask if I would be okay with holding the shipment until the order was complete (it was a small order and it really didn't make sense to only ship part of it). The fact that they asked says volumes about how they think about their business and their customers.

maybe this is very normal with this type of online business.. if so, than forget about this feedback.first time I order a set tiles and got an email from La Fuente said it was "out of stock".. so I had to substitute - not my first choice but am reasonable.. Next time I ordered a set of tiles, got an email again saying its out of stock.. I ordered 32 4x4 tiles and was told only 3 were in stock....You go figure if this is acceptable...

All of the tiles I ordered for my kitchen were beautiful and were received in a timely manner, but when I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that three of them were broken. I also ordered them to all be the same size, yet many of them were not. My husband and I made do with what we had.
Did not have what I wanted, so second order had errors in two tiles but used anyway, because of trouble to return.

I ordered a variety of travertine tile from this company because of the huge variety to pick from. My 90 year old Dad can sit and do projects - so he is covering a wall in my small bathroom in these handmade tile.I ordered over 80 and they can wrapped and packaged very safely. Each tile has different colors and I love the look of a sampler wall.Previously, I ordered a sink from another on line company, but you have a much wider selection - wish I saw you first.I will order more for his next project.

La Fuente has a lovely selection of Talavera tiles, at good prices, and their delivery is prompt and well cushioned. I only wish they had 4 1/4" tiles as well as 4" tiles.
I recently ordered a dozen or so Talavera tiles for a project I want to do. La Fuente sent them very quickly, and they were very well-packaged. Still, two of the tiles had broken, so I contacted them to let them know. Within hours they had sent out two new tiles, no questions asked. I was very impressed by their service and the quality of their product. I recommend them very highly.

The tile I ordered from La Fuente was well priced, attractive, and everything came in one piece. The tiles was packed and sent out quickly, but FedEx was terrible about delivering it. It took three times, even though I was waiting for the order when they said they came by. Not La Fuente's fault, but I would consider upgrading to UPS if I were to order in the future.
I was pleasantly surprised that my order arrives so quickly. Much sooner than I anticipated. Usually companies give you a timeframe it arrives more towards the end of that period. It was all packaged carefully and everything arrived with no problem. I am amazed at how beautiful the tiles and plates look. They are even more beautiful than they look on your website! The colors are so brilliant! This is the first time I can say that I am excited about tiles and dishes!
