They notified me promptly on the one tile they did not have in stock. The carrier wasn't as gentle with parcel as the FRAGILE stamp requested; however, the tiles were so well packaged not one was cracked. Kudos to you folks for doing such an excellent job.

Response to emails is slow, I know it’s because of COVID, it they need to improve on that. 1 box of tiles there was 39 broken and I’m still waiting on the replacement tiles

The tile were purchased to design a backsplash around hand painted tile brought back from Spain in the '70's. The colors blended so well the full order was placed about 10 minutes ago. The customer service has been outstanding to this point with the expectation that it will continue the same.

The tile is beautiful! Vibrant colors!!! I know on your website it says the tiles are a bit larger than 4 inches, however when I googled 4 inch tiles, La Fuente's came up. Be sure to make this more clear as a design perspective it is noticeable.

The tiles were beautiful and arrived in a timely manner. I used them in a concrete bench. They were affixed to contact paper and laid upside down in the form. When I took the form off, I was surprised that three of the tiles were slightly darker. This made no difference to my project but might be important for something else. Check the colors or dye lots.

Ordering was fine, representative made sure I ordered enough tile for my project. They were beautiful. Order was shipped out 11/17 but I didn't receive until 11/27 after my inquiry when no tracking was available. For the amount of $***+ spent, that info should've been there. The delivery person was very courteous.

No problem with quick delivery. However, the quality of the product was not great I ordered 4 tiles in different colors in 6 x 6 size. The tiles were not all the same size. One was short of 6".
Quick delivery and we were pleasantly surprised that all tile arrived in tact. He tile is beautiful and as represented online. My only complaint was that our tile pattern alternated solid and patterned tile, both 4x4". However, the solid tile was approximately 1/8" smaller than the patterned, making the installation a bit tricky.

I have purchased tiles from La Fuente twice and both times the shipment arrived quickly, considering it came from Mexico. The first shipment was tile numbers who arrived safely, very well packaged and beautiful. The second shipment were 45 blue 4x4 tiles which also arrived quickly. Sadly one of them was broken. However they are beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.

Shopping was easy. You had just what I wanted. Only problem was 2of the tiles were not usable. One had defects on the color and the other was too warped. We understand this and had ordered extra so it was not an issue.

The only advice I have is maybe train on finding ways to help people like me who don't know how to estimate how much tile is needed for a round table. Everything went quite well.
We received our order with all tiles intact. Unfortunately when we laid out a few and stood back we didn't like how main color was more gold and clashed with the yellow walls. Now we have the huge and expensive job of packing and sending back. I wish that a La Fuentes rep. Had suggested we order a sample first. Probably not going to happen because they want the sale but I've learned my lesson and am now awaiting samples. Still trying to figure out how to mail almost 100 pounds of tile back.
