Fast shipping and beautiful furniture. 100% happy with my order and will be adding pieces to my collection.
I was very satisfied with the coffee table I ordered!! it looks beautiful in my sunroom! Would consider buying from this company again
The packaging for shipping was so meticulously done. Corners were protected so well. I love my new tables! I have other furniture from LaFuente and love it all. Quality is amazing. Thank you!!!!
Love my new tables. They arrived so quick and I appreciate that.
Everything was perfect. Beautiful furniture, packaging was exceptional.
I recently ordered a coffee table and end tables. The freight driver said he had never seen better packaging! Everything arrived in pristine condition and there were instructional e-mails from the time the order was placed until delivery. The furniture is excellent quality. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company!.
When we ordered our table from La Fuente we had a time deadline in mind that did not meet their shipping advisement. I contacted La Fuente and they immediately responded and changed the date to meet our schedule.
We love the table and appreciate their quick response and helpful rescheduling. We will do business with them again and highly recommend them to others.
Great!
Excellent product- a rustic pone coffee table that I would never be able to find here in New England. Every time I look at it I like it more. The communication/ delivery was also excellent. The item arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.
This is the first time I buy from La Fuente Imports and I am very satisfied with my purchase, at this moment I have no reccomendation to improve service.
Great service.Beautiful table. Just what I was expecting!
I had a very good experience with La Fuente Imports. Customer service was very professional and helpful. The merchandise was above expectation. and delivery went smoothly. I would recommend them highly.
Came with broken leg. I glued it. Your pine furniture is kind of lightweight. I hoped for better. Buying furniture on line is not something I will do again. Otherwise it was acceptable.
Everything was great! Thankyou
This has been an excellent experience; not only is the product exactly what was desired and expected; the delivery company that was outsourced were pleasant to work with. I will definitely be purchasing more of your products and sharing the experience with others.
Super satisfied with the product, not so happy with the shipping costs.
Very satisfied overall. The selection was great, ordering was easy, great communication from start to finish and I would definitely order from La Fuente in the future and recommend to all. I was less pleased with the third party delivery. High but fair cost for this method of delivery however they set up an appointment and then delivered a day early. With no one available to accept the merchandise, they left it on the front porch. Luckily nothing was damaged or there may have been issues getting it replaced, according to to La Fuente policy.
I really like solid pine furnture and the rustic styles available at La Fuente. I am pleased with the style and construction of the coffee and end tables that I ordered. I appreciate the fact that I can order from La Fuente online and have the items delivered to my place in a very rural area. It took a few weeks to get them, but this is a reality of living where I live. I would definitely order from La Fuente again.
Love my furniture!
Everything was shipped on time! I am very happy with the quality of the tables I purchased. Now that I have a few items from them I will probably purchase more in the future. Thank you!
After placing our order, we received regular email updates regarding shipping window and delivery services. At one point I emailed the company in charge of delivery, and their response was very prompt. Delivery was within window provided, driver was friendly and professional. My product arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this company, and will be purchasing from them again in the future.
I received our furniture earlier than expected and I couldn't be happier with the coffee table and TV stand that I received. The items were packed excellently and were in perfect condition when they arrived. They are made beautifully and both pieces match perfectly together. I couldn't be happier with both the items I received and the wonderful customer service in setting up our delivery. I would highly recommend dealing with this company, and I know in the future I will be purchasing more items from them. My only concern was the fact that shipping was quite expensive, $165.00 for the two items, but other than that, a very pleasing experience with La Fuente.
We ordered the coffee table and desk and are very happy with our selection. The quality is very nice and rustic! Exactly what we wanted to fit into our southwest rustic home design.
Everything went smoothly as usual. Ordering was easy, and delivery was flawless. Furniture beautiful! I have ordered several pieces on separate occasions and the ordering and delivery process has always been top notch! Thank you!
We were looking for a nice rustic coffee table for our log home. This one fit the bill nicely! Delivery was pretty fast.
Very satisfied with the entire process. Communication online was excellent and efficient. Furniture pieces are exactly what I expected and the delivery with Estes was excellent. Thank you
We have furniture from you twice. Satisfied both times, will probably buy from you again.
