Rustic Pine Furniture Care
Every piece in our Rustic Pine Furniture Collection is expertly crafted from newly milled and kiln-dried Ponderosa pine and finished with an antique brown furniture wax to accentuate the wood's natural grain. While extremely durable, we recommend periodically waxing your furniture to maintain the wood's vibrance.
The frequency will depend on the amount of wear and tear the piece receives. For example, a chest of drawers would benefit from an annual wax, while a dining table would benefit from doing so biannually.
While there are many colors and options when choosing a furniture wax, we recommend Briwax in the Rustic Pine color. You may be able to find this locally at a hardware store, but it is readily available online from a variety of retailers.
Start by ensuring the piece is dry and clean. Using a lint-free cloth, thoroughly work the wax into the grain. Once dry, buff to your desired luster with a clean, soft cloth.
