Great experience purchasing the tiles. Except… i spent a lot of time selecting the tiles i really liked and wanted to use, creating a specific pattern, only to find out that many of the tiles i selected could only be ordered in bulk. Most of the tiles i selected i only needed 4. Others 8. But many could only be ordered in 40 or more.
I had to search and select new tiles.
Also, i ordered 1 extra tile for each of the tiles i selected to account for any possible breakage. Three of tiles arrived broken. Unfortunately, 2 of the. token tiles were the same pattern, so i need to contact La Fuente to have it replaced. I expect no issues but if i have any, i’ll update my review.

I love the tiles I purchased from La Fuente. This is my second order. I placed several tiles in a dirt strip in front of two benches. They add a beautiful pop of color and visitors in my garden always comment on how beautiful the tiles are and how much color they add. I bought more tiles to add to different areas.

Tiles arrived very quickly and all we unbroken due to La Fuente Imports careful packaging. The shipper (FedEx) handled the package roughly as the bottom was crushed. I was expecting to discover several broken tiles. Out of 200 tiles only 7 were broken and it wasn't because of anything you did, they were packed very well. The delivery guys just think throwing the boxes on the porch will get their job done faster. The Talavera tile is simply beautiful. And you can tell it's quality. Each tile is packed individually - very professional. We ordered 3 boxes of 40. 6 or so tiles were broken and I'm hoping they can be replaced. So glad I purchased from La Fuente.
I am very satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate as was ordering the products. I ordered Talavera tile and a few of them were broken when they arrived. The packaging was really well done so I don't think La Fuente was at fault. The amount of tiles I ordered versus the few that were broken is negligible. I contacted the company and they are sending me replacement tiles at no charge. I would highly recommend La Fuente and will use them again in the future if I am looking for items like what they sell!

The order confirmation email showed incorrect quantities from what I had ordered. I tried to call and speak to someone but could not get through to anyone, maybe due to cover-19. I was able to sign into my order on the La Fuente site and saw my order was correct. I was contacted by email from April who worked with me to tweak my order due to a few out of stock tiles. They arrived quickly and are gorgeous!!! I am very happy!

First of all, the tile is beautiful so no complaints about that. But I did have the following complaints:1) Shipping time - when order was placed, it showed one shipping date. Immediately after order was placed, the shipping time was moved by 2 days with no explanation provided. Then, on the day the order was supposed to arrive, it got pushed out by another day again with no explanation. Considering shipping is so expensive, this was an incredibly poor experience.2) Broken tile is just a bag of tile powder with one piece of tile. I understand it would not be full pieces, but I received a bag of tile dust! It was cheap, so not a big deal but please don't advertise that you are sending broken tile when you just fill the bag with rubble.3) Tiles need better individual wrapping. I ordered 8 tiles and 2 of them were chipped.

Two tiles out of 160 were broken. I thought that was a pretty good ratio. I was t sure if I liked one of the tiles with the three lattern I got, and they helped me to see what other tiles would look like and went out of their way to make sure I would be pleased with my project. These Talavera tiles are beautiful! Bright colors, great quality work, nearly identical size & pattern. I’m very happy with them, they will be the focal point of my kitchen. Perfect look for Bohemian or even French Country inspired design.3 of the 72 tiles were cracked but I don’t believe it was from the packing. All were carefully packed with styrofoam cushions above and below the interior box. Seems unavoidable risk of shipping fragile product so plan accordingly with a few extra.

Beautiful tiles. Terra cotta back. Black line stencil pattern with hand painted in colors. Both tiles that I ordered look almost exactly the same with a couple different brushstrokes here and there. Perfect for my Spanish style 1925 home’s fireplace surround. I will accent these two Talavera Tiles with cream colored tiles everywhere else on the surround.

After we ordered some tiles, we were notified they were out of stock. In a couple of days they called us saying our credit card would not be charged until the item was shipped. A couple days later we were notified the tiles had shipped. A few days later the tiles arrived and all was well.

Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash

The tiles are beautiful and perfect on our hand made message board.
Although warned that these tiles are hand made and painted and that there may be slight differences in the same ordered designs I was surprised at the major differences. Two identical, 6" tiles ordered and there was a quarter inch difference in the side measurement. On one the design was "raised" and flat on the other. The individual tiles were beautiful. As I plan is to use them individually this is no problem for me but if I had planned to use these as a section of a wall they would not work at all. However I also ordered six, 4 inch tiles and they were all identical.Other than that . . .I called the store prior to ordering and the individual I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The shipping was quick and the tiles were well packed and protected. Again, the tiles are beautiful and meet my particular need. So I am satisfied.

I found my online shopping experience with La Fuente Imports to be quite excellent.There was only one negative for me in the choice of a particular product I sought, which was only available as a case of forty units, when I needed only fourteen.I had a difficult time locating and purchasing that same product from another company. Very good customer service. There were a couple of items out of stock and a representative called me to either help me select some comparable tiles or give me the option to wait until the tiles came in. I chose to select different tiles and they are beautiful.
I was really impressed with shipping packaging. None of my tiles were broken. My tiles look great.
Tiles are beautiful! Great packaging and wrapped so well, all arived it one piece.
8 of the tiles were broke all but 6 of the remaining 32 were cupped so bad they stuck up on the sides. Very bad tiles
SHIPPING COSTS ARE HIGH
I purchased some tiles and one was not exactly correct. I sent a customer service request through their website and got an immediate response and a new tile was put in the mail that day. Great customer service! I would recommend this company to others. My only negative comment is that the shipping on my order seemed excessive.
