I ordered 12 sets of five tiles each for a total of 60 tiles. Shipping was prompt, and the tiles were really carefully packed. Despite that, one tile was broken. I notified customer service and was sent a replacement tile immediately. The tiles are beautiful and well designed and made.

I expected on imitation Tile having paid $ *** each for the 61/4 inch tile in Algodones . These had the feel and look of a genuine Telavera Tile, all clay. They were carefully packed on none were damaged.

Tiles arrived very quickly and all we unbroken due to La Fuente Imports careful packaging. The shipper (FedEx) handled the package roughly as the bottom was crushed. I was expecting to discover several broken tiles. I am very satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate as was ordering the products. I ordered Talavera tile and a few of them were broken when they arrived. The packaging was really well done so I don't think La Fuente was at fault. The amount of tiles I ordered versus the few that were broken is negligible. I contacted the company and they are sending me replacement tiles at no charge. I would highly recommend La Fuente and will use them again in the future if I am looking for items like what they sell!

These Talavera tiles are beautiful! Bright colors, great quality work, nearly identical size & pattern. I’m very happy with them, they will be the focal point of my kitchen. Perfect look for Bohemian or even French Country inspired design.3 of the 72 tiles were cracked but I don’t believe it was from the packing. All were carefully packed with styrofoam cushions above and below the interior box. Seems unavoidable risk of shipping fragile product so plan accordingly with a few extra.

Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash

Amazing! The customer service was outstanding, shipped even more quickly than promised, and the tiles are stunning.
I ordered 16 random tiles of different patterns. Immediately after placing the order online, I received a call from the company stating that one of the patters was on back order, but that they would send the tiles as soon as it was available. The person was very friendly and the phone call was certainly timely. The only issue I had was that one tile arrived broken in half and another has a corner off of it.
I have dealt with this company before and will do so again in the future. However, this past order could have been slightly better. I had ordered 3 talavera tiles. One tile was about 1/8-1/4" bigger than the other 2. I did use it but thought whoever pulled the order could have matched the size better. But all in all, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered 27 individual tiles for a project I was working on. They were received in less time than I was expecting and I was very excited when I opened the box! They are BEAUTIFUL! I love how colorful they are. I had ordered a few more than I needed, expecting some to be broken but there was only one tile that had a corner broken, which I will be able to use for something else. I'm very pleased and cannot wait for my next project so I can order more!

I have to substitute many tiles for " similar " ones.

Very good customer service. There were a couple of items out of stock and a representative called me to either help me select some comparable tiles or give me the option to wait until the tiles came in. I chose to select different tiles and they are beautiful.
When I saw the tiles I bought they looked like there was a lot of red in them. When I received them the red was more of a rust color. The picture was not true to the actual item.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE HIGH
I purchased some tiles and one was not exactly correct. I sent a customer service request through their website and got an immediate response and a new tile was put in the mail that day. Great customer service! I would recommend this company to others. My only negative comment is that the shipping on my order seemed excessive.
Even though we placed a small order for about 20 Talavera tiles, we got a prompt phone call informing us that one of the tiles was out of stock and offering options. Our order was well packed and arrived quickly and without any damage.
