Materials

The entire transaction was perfect!
I was severely disappointed when my furniture arrived at my home yesterday. It was packed in simple wrap. My ordered Pine headboard was a complete mess. I had to refuse delivery due to the condition of the new furniture. There was no padding, it was shrink wrapped all in the same box! I am hoping redilivery will include a much better, safer packaged bed.
Zero stars. You can improve the condition in which your products arrive and by taking responsibility for any destroyed pieces. I've sent you a pic. It is a joke. The entire package is destroyed. Ordered two bedroom sets and nightstands from the Rustic Pine Collection and was very pleased; may look the same as we found at Tres Amigos, but was much better quality - "real" hinges, less warping, solid construction. Shipping experience was incredible. Great communication at every stage of the process, well packed, on-time, helpful driver. Very impressive.
