Description
Hand-painted in the USA by a small, family-run business, our Day of the Dead ceramic tiles are both striking and spectacular in color and design. Place one anywhere in your home as a unique and personal accent, as in an entryway, hallway, kitchen or bath. Made from thick, high fired ceramic, these tiles can easily be installed outdoors as well. Depicting scenes of a joyful and active afterlife, they're also great for Day of the Dead or Halloween celebrations.
Helpful Information
- All our decorative ceramic tiles are made in Italy from 1/4" Red Quarry clay, then imported and glazed by hand in Tucson, Arizona, using the old-world "Cuerda Seca" or "Dry Line" process.
- After glazing, the tiles are fired at 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to create a beautiful and durable finish that is fade-proof, weatherproof, and highly stain resistant. These tiles are usable both indoors and out!
- All our decorative ceramic tiles are lead-free and made with non-toxic materials.
- All our decorative ceramic tiles feature a non-marking wooden backing with a hole for hanging.
