I ordered three plates to give as a Christmas gifts. Later, I was notified that one of the plates was on back order for several months, and none of the plates would ship until then unless I paid extra. Because I was unaware that the plate was on back order when I placed my order, it didn't seem fair that I would be expected to pay extra just to receive the other plates in a timely manner. I understand that orders can get backed up, but I don't believe it should be the customer's responsibility to pay extra for shipping in such instances. To the contrary, it seems appropriate for the customer to be offered an extra discount for the inconvenience of having to wait several months for their order.

I had an excellent buying experience with La Fuente Imports and I only wish I knew about this company a long time ago. All the plates are top quality and alot better that the plates I found here in Chicago, plus at a much better price. I appreciated being called to let me know there was a shortage of a couple items I wanted but no problem, they provided me a choice of others. I wish they could send me some kind of advertisement poster or material so I can let my customers know where I bought these because I know they will be asking. Thanks La Fuente Imports for a great buying experience and fast delivery.
