I was very pleased with the customer service representatives. They were knowledgeable about the products and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I questioned the sale price of items versus free shipping and was advised that the free shipping would save me more money. The representative was willing to get me the best deal available and I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this store to others. The bright colors add a festive feel to the rooms.
