The appearance of small surface cracks, or crazing, is a natural characteristic of Talavera tile.

Very professional customer service representatives. Went the extra mile by providing an up-to-date list of “Day of the Dead” 2”x2” tiles available.
The warehouse/shipping crew pulled the order very fast and packed the tiles so as nothing would be damaged while being transported.
They deserve all five [5] stars. I highly recommend La Fuente.

Communication was great. They let me aware some of the tile was not available and my order would be delayed. I asked if they would pick out similar tiles to get my order earlier and they did. The tiles came earlier than expected and I love the replacements they picked.

I purchased 10 lbs if broken pieces. They were so inexpensive! I can't wait to start my mosaics. I was extremely satisfied with the other tiles. They arrived quickly and wrapped very well (by hand) none cracked. I absolutely love the Day of the Dead tile series. They make my work so unique. First class company.

*** was great at helping me when I made a mistake on the order and fixed it immediately & sent a copy of the revised order with the changes..... nothing was broken, shipping was quicker then anticipated.....one problem with the nine pieces , TIL540B, they measured out to be smaller then the other pieces and I couldn't fit them into what I was doing......perhaps I'll use them later somewhere else ........hope I can order again soon.....
