I ordered 16 random tiles of different patterns. Immediately after placing the order online, I received a call from the company stating that one of the patters was on back order, but that they would send the tiles as soon as it was available. The person was very friendly and the phone call was certainly timely. The only issue I had was that one tile arrived broken in half and another has a corner off of it.

Excellent customer service! I needed samples for a future project, and when certain sizes were on backorder, the representative went through my list and found the patterns in other sizes so I could match colors. We even decided to use one of the other sizes she sent instead of the original we were going to choose, so I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of this company. It would be helpful if allowed customers to know on your site which of the products are out of stock at the time. I ordered a few things and was in a bit of a rush, and was called a day or two later to tell me that about 4 of the 10 items I ordered weren't available.
