The product is beautiful. It was packaged well. The only issue was delayed delivery. I don't blame the seller for this though. It was the carrier's fault because I could see it was on the truck for delivery but didn't get delivered.

I have purchased from La Fuente twice now; very happy with the products and customer service. What I am VERY unhappy about is that now that I have ordered from them online, every ad that comes up on my computer is for La Fuente!! I am SO sick of seeing the name that I may not buy from them again just to keep from being bombarded by the ads!! Bummer, love the merchandise I bought, HATE the bombastic advertising.
My experience was fantastic. I found them helpful and friendly, and when I had made a mistake in ordering, they immediately contacted me to ask if what I had ordered was what I really needed. They didn't have to do that, and I really appreciated them reaching out to me. My order was delivered on time, and in beautiful condition. I would order from them again.
I really loved the salesperson over the phone. I told him that I needed the tiles overnight because concrete was being poured the next day and I wanted to put the address numbers in the concrete on the driveway. he was very helpful and went through all the address tiles until we found a set that had all of my address numbers in stock. I paid like $*** dollars on the website to have them sent priority overnight and they didn't arrive for a few days so I was not able to use them. Love the tiles and the salesperson but disappointed that I didn't get them in time to use them.

I ordered Talavera style address number tiles to replace the hideous ones that were on the front wall of my house. . The tiles are beautiful and they were well packed. The package arrived in a timely manner, and I'm pretty tickled with the purchase in general.
