While 5 tiles I ordered are very beautiful the black frame is junk. I followed the assembly directions but some of the already intact screws were not evenly screwed in. Thus I was not able to fit the end parts of the frame past the protruding screws. I also was not able to unscrew or screw the pieces to accommodate the frame. The other side pieces were also bent. Huge hassle to repackage and return. Looks like I lost ***

I called because one of the items I received came broken. The very concerned customer service person asked me to take a picture and send it to him. He then would send me another item or a refund. I did not take a picture I decided to glue the broken item....but I admired how quickly the return and/or refund would have been taken care of. Thank you for the quick and good service. I will recommend your company along with purchasing again myself.

My products came in quickly and perfect. I was worried about them being damaged during shipment because they were talavera and could easily be broken. They were packaged so well that they arrived in perfect condition. Prices were reasonable as well. Great customer service. I would definitely order from here again.

Very good customer service. There were a couple of items out of stock and a representative called me to either help me select some comparable tiles or give me the option to wait until the tiles came in. I chose to select different tiles and they are beautiful.
