I ordered the large star light. It was beautiful and I am happy with it. However, I did not realize it was a plug-in light and assumed since it was a hanging light, it was hard wired. My handyman was quickly able to convert it, but I thought it was misleading when I ordered it.

The whole customer experience was wonderful. I had two separate orders and each had credit card issues. I was contacted and they helped me resolve problems on my end.
