I kicked myself for not purchasing a set of these while in NM recently. I looked on Etsy, Ebay, all around Google, and nothing came up that I could compare to these. Everything else looked a bit cheap, or it was absurdly priced to ship. I went with these and hoped the end product would look as vibrant and well made as the photos. I'd never heard of this site, so it was a gamble. I'm happy to say I was not disappointed in the least! The peppers are gorgeous, vibrant, arrived intact, and seem to be a good, substantial bunch. They don't look stringy or cheap. I'm happy I took the leap of faith.

This order was my third order this year. The quality of the items is outstanding and never disappoint. I ordered *** of broken tile to make a mosaic. When the delivery man arrived a friend asked if he was delivering a box of broken tile. The delivery man had a shocked look on his face and asked my friend if he knew the lady he was delivering the order to. My friend said yes, why? Apparently someone caused him to slam on the brakes and my box of broken tile hit the floor. My box was the only one that sounded like broken glass when he picked it up. He thought he had damaged the order until my friend told him the tile was broken when it was shipped.

The company was very responsive and the product arrived unscathed, delivered by FedEx wrong address. I do not fault the company. I fault the FedEx employee in the Santa Fe office who issued an "override" of the address provided (north of Taos), putting the wrong address on the label, and delivering it to a condo complex a mile away. I even included delivery instructions in my order. These were ignored! Fortunately the condo office had my telephone number and I was able to retrieve my package.Not happy with FedEx and would suggest that the company use UPS in the future.
