A fantastic experience! When I ordered my house numbers, I ordered the wrong size frame. Instead of sending me what I ordered, they called me and I was able to correct my mistake the very day of my order. The order arrived in just a couple of days and it is beautiful. The tiles were beautiful but getting the frame together was some else entirely. The screwheads on the corner pieces really need to be a bit bigger to reach all the way across the trench. It took me a long time to get the frame put together solidly enough to hold the heavy tiles in place. Once I got it put together and up by my front door, it is beautiful. Everyone who goes through my front door remarks on how lovely the numbers are.
