I want to thank you so much for the beautiful hand painted chairs. We received the sunflower painted chair today and it is beautiful. We were sorry when the first sunflower chair that was delivered was damaged, but your return service and shipment of another chair was without a flaw and just fantastic. We will enjoy these chairs forever and so will many others who are able to share them with us. We already have received so many compliments and questions about the chairs. So, just know that all of you are very special and in today's world that is a rarity! Thanks again for your great products and assistance.

I would like to recognize and thank Karla for her outstanding service. I have never ordered furniture on line, I mean actually buying something you can't see! Anyway, Karla was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything would work. She was friendly, positive and caring. I have already spoken to my girlfriend and printed information for her. She is going to order the same table and bench that I ordered today!

I ordered the Cortex Coffee Table on March 11 and received it last Friday. I wanted to let you know that the table is absolutely beautiful-even better than I could have imagined. And I was also impressed by how fast I received my order. Thanks again!

I would like to commend you on the speed of delivery of my order and the excellent way it was packed (it arrived intact!) So many times things I order online arrive in boxes that are barely held together by tape, boxes dented, etc. I realize a lot of that is because of the shipping company, but in this case, the box was sturdy, well taped, and my ristras were undamaged. I am sure most of your emails to this department are not favorable, and I wanted to take the time to thank you, commend you and assure I will be happy to do business with you again!

I am writing to praise you for the excellent customer service I got from your company. I ordered a Mexican tin mirror after looking all over my own home town and even Mexico, where I vacationed a couple of weeks ago. I saw nothing that I liked until I found your website. I ordered the mirror on 2/17, received an Email confirmation of my order right away, and then a couple of days later, maybe even sooner, I got an Email letting me know that my order had been sent. I just wanted to let you know my Cathedral Mirror that I ordered arrived today in perfect condition. I immediately hung it and am very pleased with it. I was a bit concerned when I ordered it how it would make the trip from Colorado to Maryland and it made it fine thanks to your extremely secure packing of the mirror. I am so happy with the mirror, it finishes off the decor of the room perfectly. I also want to again thank you for promptly answering the questions I had prior to placing my order.
