All our Mexican Talavera tiles are 5/16" thick. A full box in any size will cover 11 square feet.

Due to the handmade nature of Talavera, colors, designs and dimensions may vary slightly.
The appearance of small surface cracks, or crazing, is a natural characteristic of Talavera tile.

When one of the tiles I ordered was out of stock, I was notified my order would be delayed. Since I was working on a deadline, I emailed a request for a substitution. The substitution was made and my order arrived within a few days. The tiles were all intact, beautiful, and very uniform. The tiles I started my project with were from a different vendor, and those had arrived with some broken due to careless packing and also due to the fact that the tiles were not flat. Their shapes were highly irregular. Thank you LaFuente!

I ordered a variety of travertine tile from this company because of the huge variety to pick from. My 90 year old Dad can sit and do projects - so he is covering a wall in my small bathroom in these handmade tile.I ordered over 80 and they can wrapped and packaged very safely. Each tile has different colors and I love the look of a sampler wall.Previously, I ordered a sink from another on line company, but you have a much wider selection - wish I saw you first.I will order more for his next project.

The tile I ordered from La Fuente was well priced, attractive, and everything came in one piece. The tiles was packed and sent out quickly, but FedEx was terrible about delivering it. It took three times, even though I was waiting for the order when they said they came by. Not La Fuente's fault, but I would consider upgrading to UPS if I were to order in the future.

Product was not exactly as pictured. Colors for certain portions were completely different and other colors were not the same shade photographed. This might be fine for most of your customers but I needed the exact product pictured and would not have ordered the product I received. You gave a refund, but paying for my own return shipping seemed unfair and not going above and beyond-- which is a must in the current world of retail if you want a 5 star rating.

I purchased some tiles and one was not exactly correct. I sent a customer service request through their website and got an immediate response and a new tile was put in the mail that day. Great customer service! I would recommend this company to others. My only negative comment is that the shipping on my order seemed excessive.
