We just purchased 90 tiles from you (9 of 10 different styles). You packaged them in such a way that not one tile was damaged in the least. Amazing! Each tile was packaged with sturdy cardboard between it and the next one, and all 90 were packed into a box, which sat inside another box with 3-sided foam corners and newspaper. And the box was delivered in 2 days. Wow, just wow! We also sincerely appreciated the immediate replies to our queries. It has been a sincere pleasure dealing with your store.

I’m ordering samples from a lot of companies and it would be good if these were labeled. That way I would know where to go back to, to buy more!

It has been a pleasure working with the staff of this company. I have placed 3 orders of miscellaneous tiles and all were received without errors or broken tiles. They notified me promptly on the one tile they did not have in stock. The carrier wasn't as gentle with parcel as the FRAGILE stamp requested; however, the tiles were so well packaged not one was cracked. Kudos to you folks for doing such an excellent job.

I love the tiles I bought and I actually ordered the wrong ones. They were out of stock and La Fuente called me to ask if I could wait for the order. After a second of talking we realized I had not ordered what I intended -- which was in stock. The order was changed and I was thrilled. I really appreciate the care in which they were packed. Out of 135 ordered tiles, only four broke. That is kind of amazing! Thank you.
